About Steam Artwork Cropper
The Steam Artwork Cropper is a specialized utility for Steam users who want to create a seamless "Showcase" profile. Steam's profile layout splits your background image into two distinct blocks: a 506px Main Showcase and a 100px Side Panel.
Our tool handles the complex math for you. Use the Adjust Focal Point slider to perfectly frame your subject, and our system will extract the two segments exactly, accounting for the 8px gap mandated by the Steam UI.
How to Upload "Long" Artwork
By default, Steam caps the height of uploaded artwork. To bypass this and create a "Long" profile, follow these steps during upload on the Steam website:
- Open your Steam Artwork Upload page in a browser (Chrome/Edge).
- Select your cropped image.
- Right-click anywhere and select Inspect > Console.
- Paste this code and press Enter:
